Shipping to the United States
Following recent changes to US import rules, all orders shipped to the USA are subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid before delivery. As a business, origin-country taxes apply to goods of any value sent to the USA — they are not limited to higher-value orders.
You'll be contacted by email to arrange payment of these charges once your order arrives in the USA. If payment isn't received within 5 calendar days, the item will be returned to us.
If a parcel is returned to us for this reason, we're unable to resend it. A refund will be issued for the item only, minus the original shipping cost.
To avoid delays, please provide a full physical street address (PO Boxes can't be accepted), along with your city, state and ZIP code, and a valid email address at checkout. We're unable to ship goods valued over $2,500 to the USA.

Can I return an item for a refund?
If an item isn't right for you and meets our Refund and Return Conditions you can return it for a refund.
Please Note: We don't offer exchanges. The quickest way to get the item you want is to place a new order and return the original item.
How Our Returns Process Works
1. Check Eligibility
Make sure your item meets our Refund and Return Conditions (items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging, within 30 days of receiving your order).
2. Download the Returns Form
Access and print the returns form provided on this page. Fill in your order number and reason for return.
3. Prepare Your Item
Pack the item(s) securely. Include all accessories, tags, and the completed returns form.
4. Ship Your Return
Drop off your package at your preferred post office. Postage is at your cost. Please keep your tracking number for reference.
5. Refund Processed
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will approve it and process a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 15 working days.
6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Law)
Under EU law, you also have the right to withdraw from your online order within 14 days of receiving your goods - no reason needed. You can exercise this right online using our withdrawal form.
